Qurbani 2026

Despite rising costs around the world, the generosity of our community continues to bring relief to families facing hardship. During last year’s Eid al-Adha, your support allowed Suleymaniye Aid to perform over 600 Qurbanis, distributing meat packs to more than 5,000 families across multiple regions. For many of these families, Eid is one of the only times in the entire year that they are able to enjoy fresh meat. Through your sacrifice, the joy of Eid reached homes that otherwise struggle to provide food for their children. Last year, Qurbani distributions reached families in several regions including parts of South Asia, Africa, the Balkans, Central America and South America, helping vulnerable communities celebrate Eid with dignity. This year, millions of families across the world continue to face hunger and economic hardship. Your Qurbani can bring nourishment, dignity, and happiness to those who need it most. Place your trust in Allah and give your Qurbani today.

Trust in Allah, Give Qurbani

Last year your Qurbani helped support families living through difficult conditions across several regions of the world. In many communities affected by poverty, conflict, or food insecurity, families are unable to afford meat throughout the year. Eid al-Adha is often the only time they are able to share a proper meal together. Through Suleymaniye Aid Qurbani, your sacrifice becomes a means of relief for families who are struggling. Trust in Allah to ease their affairs and allow your Qurbani to become a source of barakah for both the giver and the recipient.

What is Qurbani?

Qurbani means sacrifice. Each year during the blessed month of Dhul Hijjah, Muslims around the world sacrifice an animal such as a sheep, goat, cow or camel in remembrance of the devotion of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) and his willingness to sacrifice his son for the sake of Allah. Following the sacrifice, the
meat is distributed to families in need so that they may share in the joy of Eid. This act of worship strengthens compassion within the Muslim community and reminds us of our responsibility toward those who are less fortunate. According to the majority of scholars, Qurbani is a highly emphasized act of worship, and in the Hanafi madhab it is considered obligatory for Muslims who possess sufficient wealth beyond their basic needs

Give Qurbani Online

You can easily arrange your Qurbani through Suleymaniye Aid online. Our teams and trusted partners organize Qurbani distributions across several regions of the world. The cost of Qurbani varies depending on the local price of livestock and the logistical challenges of delivering meat to vulnerable communities. Allah says in the Qur’an: “So pray to your Lord and sacrifice.”  (Qur’an 108:2) Across the world, millions of people continue to struggle with hunger and food insecurity. By offering your Qurbani, you can provide a meaningful meal to a family that may otherwise go without.

The Blessings of Dhul Hijjah

The first ten days of Dhul Hijjah are among the most beloved days to Allah. The Prophet ■ said: “There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.” (Sahih al-Bukhari) Giving Qurbani during these blessed days is therefore an opportunity to perform one of the most beloved acts of worship and to share blessings with those who need them most.
